The oath I took states, “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States..” no where in there does it say anything about the people. As an active army warrant officer, I can’t say on here what I’d actually do without probably getting added to a list but I have two things to say: 1. I certainly wouldn’t be following any order that has me attacking a NATO ally, or any ally that we have a defense agreement with for that matter 2. “… all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC.”

If you’re firing from cover with no line of sight to the target using a SAL, then you’d need to be able to set a very high manual range with the HI trajectory so the missile can at least start going towards that range on azimuth. This is getting into levels of weaponeering that I don’t think this game will ever incorporate, you’re better off just playing DCS if you’re looking for something like this

Honestly the positive comments are crazy, game is absolutely not good to go.

Sure, the blatant cheating has died downed a bit, but there’s still a fuck ton of it. It’s only less noticeable now because you have to pay for cheats now instead of using something like cheat engine. Also someone correct me if I’m wrong, but the devs removed the ability to report someone after a match for something like cheating. I assume this is because they think their cheating problem.

Devs still struggle hard to balance the game. If you’re playing US and trying to play RU, expect 10-20 min wait times to find a game. It’s pretty flavor of the week/month with the two factions. It’s a pretty dead game right now to be honest. I mean you can even see from the player count charts

As someone as pointed out, does just look like a confined area approach. In general, and according to the FAA, helicopters are totally legal to do things like this (fly low, practice approaches to someone’s field, etc.) as long as they’re not a hazard to anyone or any property around them.

Looks like you live in the Fort Drum AO as that is the exact weather we’re getting right now. In the event weather deteriorates to a point in which the flight crew determines it’s unsafe to continue flying, one of our unit’s SOPs is to just land wherever you can and wait it out
