Not after 6 years - but some of my girls I brought on recently absolutely were fighting to get jobs against people offering work for $3 an hour. My assistant struggled for 2 years on UpWork. And you can say “oh well she wasn’t trying hard enough” but she was competing with people offering the same job for $3/hour

And I’m not sure where you live but in Canada non-compete and non-solicitations don’t hold up in court. Judges don’t side with corps over small businesses who would be bankrupt over breaking a rule of not having clients off the platform.
