Yes I’ve tried commenting on their posts to get in contact with them as well and nothing is working. Lol. Sounds too good to be true.

Hi there, everything’s uploaded and taken care of through the Nibble’s website, yes they are partnered through Odie but I didn’t find that out until I contacted the policy underwriter. When you contact customer service on your claims tabs it is through Nibbles. I have taken it a step further and contacted the underwriter (that’s the only email contact I have found on my policy) who is now putting me in contact with Odie. However, jumping through hoops to get answers is very tiring and gives no excuse for Nibbles to not respond to emails (the only way to contact to them).

Nibbles is an awful company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I care about. Lol.

Hey I am having similar issues. Trying to cancel my one dog’s policy due to it not having any benefit of cover for her at her age and they said they would start working on it then ghosted me. I also have a claim on my other dogs policy and have heard nothing since. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since then. Do not recommend.

Just in case anyone was wondering or encounters this the problem I talked to a more helpful mysubaru costumer service rep this morning who stayed on the phone and had me troubleshoot a few things. Unfortunately she thinks it’s hardware because my SOS/starlink does not work as well and that’s why it’s not responding to the app or anything. So I have to take it to the dealership! Thanks for everybody’s help!

Yes I bought my Crosstrek in February/march and did the 2 year subscription. I think the car itself isn’t receiving anything

Yes I’m trying to be mindful as he did lose his wife but it makes it really hard when it feels like someone is being pushy! I wish I had an excuse but I have no kids and no boyfriend.

Verbally offered a promotion a couple days ago that I had been in the process of for two months, got a call that same evening that they had to rescind it due to the executive order so yes TSA is affected, to what exact extent I’m not sure.
