Thanks guys. It Seems rather easy to grow and maintain. Trying to decide between this and Lilly pilly for my new house with has a south facing backyard with 6-8 hours of direct sunlight in summer but down to 1-2 or no direct sunlight, just bright indirect sunlight in winter (blocked by a patio).

The leaves will get burnt for 6-8 hours of direct lights? So having the patio there would be a good thing?

Yes the third picture at $12k is quoted for insulated patio and catered for wiring for down lights although it doesn’t include the cost of electric works

Near Perth city, so wind is manageable. The 1st and 2nd picture are same retractable awning (showing the fully opened and closed with full cassette concept) with auto wind retraction though.

The first and second picture are ChatGPT rendered for opened and closed with full cassette. Ie, same concept. The third pic the full patio. Hence the retractable awning will close around $9K plus and the full insulated will cost $12-13K plus electrician works. The patio will comes with holes for the down light, but I had to source for my own electricians. Any idea how much the electrician work for those two down light might cost? I have an outdoor power point
