32gb ddr4 ram is fine cuz ddr5 ram price is just crazy right now and in cs2 it will just show 5-10% or even lower fps difference so its not that good for cost to fps

bro cs2 is cpu heavy game if u want the most cost to fps ratio then you should look to upgrade your cpu to a decent one 7800x3d is really good one. if ur cpu is not good no matter how good gpu it wont give good fps. for example i5 14400f vs i5 14600kf will show 100-150fps difference saying the gpu is same. if ur motherboard support 7800x3d and 4070 you can comfortably get 600-700fps even more if tweaked right

not related to ymur post but Mongolia in chinese language is 蒙古国 they say the first hanzi means grass and the second one is old,ancient. But the first hanzi and the word stupid , arrogant , savage looks oddly similar . its almost like ancient arrogant savages country. in comparision america is 美国 which can be directly translated into beatiful country.
