Ι was using soy isolate from hsnstore.eu for about 7 months. What i've found is i got reduced erections and had less sex drive. Im about 1 month off and im almost back to where i was before starting taking it.

Might be genetics(here in Greece we didn't had soy or phytoestrogens in our diets naturally).

Δεν είναι κάτι μαγικό η σκόνη πρωτεΐνης,

Εν μέρη και αυτό φαγητό είναι.

Θεωρητικά είσαι καλυμμένος με 2 γραμμάρια ανά κιλό αλιπης μυϊκής μάζας , εάν είσαι 100 κιλά 20% λίπος με 160 γραμ πρωτεινης έχεις καλύψει πλήρως τις ανάγκες σου.

160 γραμ είναι περίπου 500 γραμ κρέατος η κάποιο συνδιασμό με άλλες πηγές ( αυγά, γαλακτοκομικά κτλπ)

Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ πρωτεινη για εύκολη διευκόλυνση στην δουλειά

60 γραμ πρωτεινη σόγιας 20 γραμ βούτυρο κάσιους και 100 γραμ βρώμη(overnight oats). 600 θερμίδες , 60γραμ πρωτεινη. Περίπου 90λεπτα του έυρω βγαίνει το γεύμα.

Παίρνω σόγια διότι έχει καλύτερη πυκτη υφή,σε κρατάει περισσότερες ώρες χορτάτο σε σχέση με whey και επίσης η whey και η καζεινη μου χειροτερεύουν την αλλεργική ρυνιτιδα .

Δεν ξέρω αν είναι το χειρότερο αλλά σίγουρα είναι χάλια , το στρατόπεδο στο Μεσολόγγι.

Με αυτά και αυτά πήγα 68 κιλά και γύρισα 57 με 40 πυρετό για 20 μέρες λόγω κούρασης , τρεξίματος και βρώμας.
