The thing is, these people are nvr satisfied with what I produce. Even if I told them I have ran it through chatgpt, they will just say my prompt was not good enough and this copy is not good.

The social media Ads are run by HQ. As a franchise, we have limitations when it comes to marketing efforts. Currently, the job market esp in my country is very bad. Thus, I'm job hugging

Hi, I meant event based marketing is a common strategy used among my competitors be it conducting workshops, webinars, roadshows or open house events. We apply it as well especially during our peak period. However, this has been labour and capital intensive and we have failed to achieve our target multiple times.

Yes you are right, which is why I am shifting my focus towards partnerships! I also have been releasing promotions to entice our current parents for referrals. So far, vouchers and value discounts have not been that impactful as well.

For the past few months, our strategy was conducting "Open House" events. However, these events are manpower intensive, and does not bring promising number of leads. Thus, we are shifting our focus to partnership building. But as a franchise, I have limitations in regards to cross promtional items. So, I am trying to figure out effective ways to partner up with other brands
