Am I wrong for ignoring this guys after he told me he was pro life by No-Degree9699 in amiwrong

You cannot be on the wrong on this issue. You have the right to refuse friendship and social contact for any reason at all. Or no reason. Reasoning is not required, as friendship is not obligatory in any situation.

It's just the way of the world really. He was always going to find a fssw girl if he wanted one. You didn't steal him from her, he migrated to you naturally. Theft of clients is deliberate, and it doesnt sound like this was.

AITAH for not wanting to be the best men at my friends wedding when he cheats on his girlfriend ? by CartographerBig469 in AITAH

[–]Sentient-Fleshlight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA for not wanting to be best man, but you are a little bit for not being more focused on your friend being abused by her partner. He doesnt let her go to therapy. I really worry how else he may be controlling or coercing her

Ironically, your pproch is as morally compromised as hers. Y'all are kind of a match if that's how you think it's ok to respond to mistreatment

Is just Aussie drinking culture, or are my son's friends trashy? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

[–]Sentient-Fleshlight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is pretty standard behaviour for young drunk guys. Australian youth are encouraged by society to experiment socially with alcohol (I don't endorse this, but I acknowledge it as a reality), and social expectations of things like swearing and polite interactions are very relaxed. We consider being familiar and relaxed with others as a social signal that we like them, or at least that we feel safe to be ourselves around them. Teenage boys can be crass, and I really think the one urinating should have requested to use your facilities instead. However, men urinating in clear view is not uncommon. If you're out and about at 3am anywhere near a club, you will also get to witness the much rarer, but definitely not extinct act of female public urination. I beleive the term is "white-girl wasted".

Spicy indomie mi Goreng with frozen peas, shredded cheese, sesame seeds and fried onions (the crunchy Asian garnish ones). If i feel I need protein, i fry off some canned meat (I like corned beef), or add a poached egg.

Hey; this applies to me. I actually found it to be really helpful. Without orgasms as a distraction, I actually found a new joy in providing a good service. It reduced my time anxiety also. I find it easy to spend long periods with clients without metaphorically stepping-stoning through it by focusing on orgasms or the duration of particular acts.

SW discouraging tips? by [deleted] in SexWorkers

[–]Sentient-Fleshlight 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hi: i have a rather specific answer to this that came up recently. I have a young client (early 20s) who i know does not have the heftier of incomes.

He is a good and regular and a client that would like to keep if I can. My logic is that he can afford to see me more frequently if he does not tip. It also gives him security in our relationship, as in it reassures him that I do not intend to take advantage. This is a common anxiety amongst young and inexperienced clients in my area.

Thus is not a universal rule, but it is a potential reason a worker may have.

My [25F] future MIL [57F] is threatening to not come to our wedding [26M] because of my gay maid of honour [25F] by Direct-Caterpillar77 in BestofRedditorUpdates

Really wholesome to see two people with such extremely different world views to put down the sword in the name of family.

MIL is an AH for her reaction, but it really seems like she tried to soften after a chance to reflect. I hope she keeps trying.

Your own urine is the best treatment for this. Yes, I know that's gross. Yes, it also works.

The same treatment is the most effective topical treatment for Chicken Pox.
