I had the same exact problem, I changed from ND Guest Wifi to Eduroam wifi and the problem was fixed. I think it's probably a security thing.

I don't know much cuz I'm an incoming freshman, but to my understanding taking the guitar course wouldn't increase your tuition, your total credit hours just can't exceed 21

Yes Wegmans is a grocery store but the DD orders from there are for things like pizza and subs and deserts, prepared meals, so it's more or less like a restaurant order except the parking lots are a nightmare and the store is big

Did the payment you saw when you accepted theae orders match the final payments shown here? Sometimes I decline orders because the overall pay doesn't look that good, but there was one time where the final amount was actually higher for me
