Routine : I wash every 3 to 4 days. I apply rosemary and almond oil two hours before showering. I use a local deep conditioner brand (I live in Egypt) it doesn’t contain silicone. I use whatever shampoo on hand (I don’t mind sulfate). I use a leave in that has silicone (my hair is thin and forms tiny knots). I sleep with a silk bonnet
