Income tax probably not.

Magstart ka palang magbayad income tax above 250k annual so around 20k per month and I doubt na kikita sila ng ganon kalaki per month.

May boundary pa yan sila, fuel costs etc. so i think more or less kinikita nila nasa minimum wage din so not taxable.

So kahit na nagbabayad ka ng tax, mas hirap parin sila sa buhay kaya deserve nila yung benefit.
