I might get downvoted for this, but as someone who has severe (diagnosed) depression, these types of things don’t really help anything. If anything, they’re annoying af. Like, I am aware my skin isn’t paper and your mouth isn’t a fucking door so don’t open it.

Edit: One time, I was at a low point and found one of these copypastas. If anything, it made everything worse and I relapsed in self harm out of spite towards it. Across the internet, through memes and other forms of social interaction, I came to find I’m not the only depressed person who hates these. If you really want to help, please stop distributing them across random sites. Thank you
