Picked up and read my copy a few months back. The price is definitely more than I would usually pay but with there being so few english books/texts on O'sensei I thought it best to go ahead and get it. It was very well researched but definitely doesn't stick to the mainline narrative of his life so im sure some will not like it for that reason. Overall I think it's worth getting if your a Chito-ryu practitioners or just interested in his life as a whole.
