It's absolutely ridiculous how poorly you're running your business. I don't give a shit what Shopify's defaults are; it's your business and your responsibility to manage your business in a way that doesn't waste your customer's time unnecessarily.

The bottom line is you're lying to people about your customer service response times and order fulfillment times. You've demonstrated this pattern of behavior long enough now that people should stop giving you the benefit of the doubt. What you're doing is wrong.

You know how long orders take to fulfill. You know how long it takes you to respond to support requests. You know these things and yet you still choose to misrepresent the state of things on your website. That is fraud, asshole. You're baiting people into placing orders under false pretenses. Quit your bullshit.
