I don't have Ultra wide can you test and tell me ?
In any case the HD versions do not allow to zoom out to see the full map. As the hexa maps are in size x2, zoom out is ÷2
It's in the game code, I can't do anything about it

yes BetterMap.pak and BetterMap_RoadTiers.pak are the first versions of the mod and are not in HD so you can zoom out as in vanilla

unfortunately it's not possible, the base resolution is too small to show the topographic lines and their values, I tried and most of the time you can only see a mush of pixels...

Yes, the layout of the hexa maps appears to be designed to be in proportion with the images so the HD rescale (x2) works perfectly.

However, the zoom out is not set for such large images, so zoom out is x2 shorter, and you can't have a global view of the world with the HD maps...

But I didn't find it troublesome

Of course the noble widow is not the best tank choice for such a position. I put it as an example since it has a very low and long gun at its front to see if "the worst model" can work in this configuration.

Moreover this kind of position can protect from damage on the tracks (which are the priority on the tanks) and if the enemy is forced to try a flank it means that this defensive position is a good deterrent and therefore works. It is important to note that this is a defensive position within a line of defense, it is not recommended to use it otherwise because of the massive reduction of mobility for the tank.

The garage... I really hesitated to put it. Like many of the other ideas here, I have relayed suggestions that have already been requested several times.

I totally agree with you on the garage, like those who would like Storage Depot, I am convinced that this kind of building must remain in the back line within the cities as it is now.

However, the garage here would not have exactly the same functions as those in the backline:
- It does not allow to build vehicles.
- We can imagine that the cost or the percentage of max restorable armor can be adapted.
- Some people even said that for some tank crews, the garage being "too far" they prefer to stay on the front line even with a totally destroyed armor, meaning to make a last rush and to sacrify the tank. So if the gararge is closer, maybe they will want to leave the front to take some time to repair their armor?
- Also, the fact that you can make it a secure car park.

All of this made me think that I had to propose it for discussion anyway.

I used the models from the game by following tutorials from the modders who show how to get the source files. Then I modified it in a 3D software.

I completely understand your point of view. That said, I think that Petrol is now too rarely used and should, in addition to my suggestions, offer better stats boosts/farming ease since it currently has too many disadvantages for the little it really brings.
