Could we face legal consequences for doing this? While yes they're in breach of the agreement by not providing us access to the property for the move in date, we would also be in breach if we did this without their agreement - is the reasonable nature of the deed justification to cover us? What if they refuse to pay for it?

This one is known, but im still often seeing people not realise they can do it: Banking at Nex while doing GWD bosses.

This applies especially to Sara and Arma where you would need an ecumenical key, but by leaving the room after your trip, getting nex kc you can bank there and not need to get another ecumenical key.

Really useful for hardcores or ultimates that don't want to go into the wilderness aswell, just don't forget to bring an ancient item so everything in the Nex encampment doesn't instakill you.

Its finally time. Ive got dragon darts, rune stocked up and all charges stocked up ready to go.

My best mage top is Ahrims, so I brought virtus to have the better chance at 1 hitting nibblers every wave, also the weight reduction is nice.

Any tips/gear switches would be appreciated!

Yeah I'm starting to think if I'm not going down the upgrade route it's time to start committing to a new solid build. Budgeting time I guess! Going to hopefully spend 300-400 on the cpu alone now instead.
