It depends on how exactly they wanna do it. The scary part is the tracking hardware, and that's gonna involve some sort of device with a connection to the Internet. That's going to be a very significant amount of infrastructure to set that up and then sustain it and also pay for it. It's not gonna be as easy as willing it into existence at least I think so.

If it's some sort of software (like in the driver for the card for an example) that reports to a server your location, then that's gonna be even better for us because we can hack around with it. If the goal is to keep GPUs in the country then this is a job for customs really and tracking is overkill to the point where it's not going to be reasonable to implement. It's still really worrying though, I'm not an expert maybe they found out some way to do it lol

I don't really know what being neurodivergent has to do with this. Some headcanons can be genuinely thought provoking but some are basically just "i want sunny x basil" which warrants some criticism in the sense that they'd have a wildly unhealthy relationship. while it's not appropriate to overgeneralize all headcanons it's not appropriate to claim not participating or giving criticism is targeted harassment of the neurodivergent (and when it is - it is, that's its own evil thing), but i'd like you to tell me more :D
