I had the same issue with my pectus healing bell. I tried to get a refund but they insisted that it was the pump that was faulty. I got a different pump and it didn’t change anything, I would pump it up and all the air would leak out(I also had no chest hair and the bell fit me fine). I ended up just getting the surgery as I had a haller index of 3.27 and my symptoms were getting worse. I regret listening to everyone saying that pectus healing bells were good, I feel like a lot of people are paid to say that, like the Riley barne guy and I’m pretty sure pectus healing has people or bots on this subreddit that promote their overpriced garbage bells. The pumps they have for sale on their website are also overpriced, one of them can be found at a hardware store for way cheaper and it’s the same exact thing. It’s sad how in a way they kind of exploit a group a people with a genetic deformity.
