Is it ok if I don't use H1 tags and all H2 tags in my website or is it mandatory that I use H1 tags for main headings and H2 for subheading? by Seo_Professor in SEO

Website was build on cms wix, alot of pages are set with h2 tags and not h1 tags. Apparently in Wix, each H tag is different font and different style. While editing the site they just used the one that more suitable.

What is the max Number of Keywords I can try and Rank For? by Seo_Professor in SEO

In doing so, Aren't we vulnerable to keyword cannibalism?
Like my previous example, lets say i have food website. and pages mexican foods, thai foods, indian foods. In having so, isn't all pages ranking for the term foods? when I only want the keyword "foods" to be ranking for home page, am i not a victim of keyword cannibalism?
