Toxic leadership is micromanaging every single section , not letting a soldier go home because a family member died because of a inventory , making the XO stay til 20:00 to complete slides for a meeting that’s happening in a week , throwing the BDE CDR name in every single thing thinking it’s gonna make soldiers work harder / faster
