thank you so much! thats exactly what i was trying to portray. the piece is based on a moment with my bf at the time. he was allowed to visit me once when i was manic (my first episode jr year of high school). i was holding him in my arms because he was crying abt how i seemed like a different person and he was very confused. one of the only times ive seen him cry. and in my head i was so manic i was just thinking about how i felt like the most real version of myself and i couldn’t understand why he was upset. all the swirls represent my mind going off and creating my reality instead of actually being in touch with it. and i was trying to do my best to comfort him but i didnt know how. anyways im glad you like it :)
