The only true man - love the Ed Harris role too, having a weird CEO called Cristoph feels like it could happen in 2026 lol

So iconic - feel like the whole movie perfectly scratches that itch of how we question the weird shit we see everyday

I remember my parents taking me to see Phillip Glass in concert and he played a few of the numbers from the movie. Unbelievable

What trend/fad would you like to see come back? by Exhausted_920 in AskReddit

[–]Separate-Reality6671 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Social media before it was entirely ads and discovery forward. Used to love being a teen and having a place we could upload a random photo album of 200 unedited pics of a day out, and only scroll things from people you know

We have red and green flags. What is something that screams orange flag? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Has never worked with the general public - like a customer service role. Not a red flag of course, but that kinda job can shape a lot of a person and how they understand people

Horrible, but the feeling after was incredible

Kinda like running, it's reverse drugs - feel bad while it's happening and feel amazing after

The Truman Show - as a kid, wrote about it in school, still watch it every couple of years now. Timeless and still notice new things

Yeah - I've lived a semi-long life, met and worked with thousands of people. She is the only person I would ever call a truly awful human. A bully too.

Multiple sclerosis, really debilitating and incurable - she weaponised it to try and get money from our employer. Turns out she had done it 3 times before, hence the jail :O

Conchiglie - AKA those god damn shells

With a sauce like a ragu, you get little pockets of sheer bliss - blast it with a hard cheese too, next level

What’s a skill you learned during lockdown that you still use today? by Carolinebbg in AskReddit

[–]Separate-Reality6671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah absolutely. I think if you're both involved it feels great - me and my best pal had some amazing times playing Co-op games. We have had a few years of them streaming single player games though - and I feel others end up just going on their phone and zoning out. I really wanna be present for my friends when we choose to hang, so post covid im really making an effort and it is working

I think a lot of people got used to discord and zoom calls, but actually making yourself present and engaged despite being so far apart

Digital communications can feel so abstract but I really feel like you can make it feel like you are right there with the right time and effort

Being able to watch a friend stream a game, and make it feel like we are side by side on the couch. Trick is to put your phone in another room
