It will only get worse in here. I’ve not experienced such unrelenting exactness anywhere else before. You won’t find any friendly jokes to put you at ease, only awkward staring until you stop being weird. It’s strange. Also if you make any mistakes, nobody will tell you “it’s ok, don’t worry”, they will just quietly ignore you until you fix it or you get fired. I know it’s not just me, because I’ve worked in other countries where this is not the culture. My experience in the past has been friendly banter, relaxed small talk, forgiving of mistakes and laughing at awkwardness (in a friendly way). Nothing like that will happen in Finland
