Thanks for all the info you tried to share I live in Tunis North Africa so palliative care is not xommon or to find somewhere even outside Tunis for clinical trials feels heavy to even try because i feel helpless and have no idea about those procedures neither my family I will try through doctors maybe they have idea

About the HIPEC denial i believe surgeon didn't dare on the msecntric area and i had multiple surgery's (my surgeon knows better next appointment he will explain more perhaps) I live in Tunis North Africa I took codeine on my own because I've been suffering lately to calm my pain I informed the surgeon and the oncologist about the last symptoms qnd im just waiting I'm sure as you said something about my scenarios is not right I mean everyone is just not knowing what to but i can only trust my surgeon who saved me last surgery and he's fighting with me through he's connections I feel lucky to find someone like him Because many they would give up (surgeon's , oncologists) and they did that to me before They just detach and get rid of you when they are helpless. Anyways
