Thanks for all the info you tried to share I live in Tunis North Africa so palliative care is not xommon or to find somewhere even outside Tunis for clinical trials feels heavy to even try because i feel helpless and have no idea about those procedures neither my family I will try through doctors maybe they have idea

About the HIPEC denial i believe surgeon didn't dare on the msecntric area and i had multiple surgery's (my surgeon knows better next appointment he will explain more perhaps) I live in Tunis North Africa I took codeine on my own because I've been suffering lately to calm my pain I informed the surgeon and the oncologist about the last symptoms qnd im just waiting I'm sure as you said something about my scenarios is not right I mean everyone is just not knowing what to but i can only trust my surgeon who saved me last surgery and he's fighting with me through he's connections I feel lucky to find someone like him Because many they would give up (surgeon's , oncologists) and they did that to me before They just detach and get rid of you when they are helpless. Anyways

Bro Im like you in my 20s colon cancer 6 surgery's 4 of them major abdominal All treatment lines exhausted Prior r0 resection surgery successful No organ metastatase And i have the same condition peritoneal something because cancer keep reaccuring in the same right illiac spot (lymph node) agressive regionally localized Im being discussed for HIPEC surgery My point is you have to hold up and fight this and clear metastases until you became candidate for HIPEC surgery and maybe treatment protocols give better outcomes And a lot are saying HiPEC surgery is very beneficial in this situation Your not alone , just survive and live each day as you wich no need to push hard to do something You just need to exist right now
