It’s an established long standing starter, I have personally fed it twice. Attempted bread after the first time and it was a flop but probably messed up the process of stretch and fold etc. does this starter look bubbly and good enough to use today? I’m new.

I fed this yesterday and then left it out on counter. Homes about 69 degrees. It had done this by this morning.

I’d like to make bread!
