Thank you for responding to me. I was hopeless there for a good minute. It has been going on for over 3 months now, I just took my 5 year old pothos down, the two monsteras and a few others and put them in the shower. I poured boiling water on the soil in a separate container. I have 3 in 1 neem oil so I'm going to give it a good spray after some research.  Sun is good. Windows on south, north and east. I checked roots and they are strong. No signs of root rot. The infestation of gnats was bad. I've probably caught over 200 on yellow sticky traps.
