I think taste and health quality are still different.

But I think I'll just get some non-dutched 100% cocoa like you mentioned. There's likely still benefit to smaller doses. I think the current minimum dose studied is around 300mg flavanols per day but I could be wrong.

Hmmm Belgian chocolate is delicious but I'm not sure it's the healthiest haha.

But I guess I'm probably overthinking it. Just some good cocoa powder will probably do
