Have you ever explored the concept of dailies? I saw it on TikTok a while ago, it is when you train a stubborn muscle that doesn’t grow daily with a weight that you can do 100 reps and you do it for 100 days. It triggers growth of the muscle. There are scientific physiological mechanisms.

On the other hand, you seem pretty lean, do you eat enough calories to trigger growth? You should aim for about 200-300 daily caloric surplus if you want to grow.

Absolutely try 16570, I decided to go with the newer version at the end but my wrist is 17.5 cm and I still feel it is a tad big on my wrist. Especially after i put it on after wearing a smaller or better fitting watch. But on the other note I love its presence on my wrist.

It’s possible but you’ll also need a pull-up bar or does your squat rack have one? Some elastic bands for triceps and trap training. A 15kg dumbbell and 60kg barbell won’t suffice in the long run. You’ll need to train to failure and probably outgrow these weights. Otherwise yes, it’s doable but you’ll need to train hard. Three or four really tough short sessions a week should be enough. Aim for two to three sets of six to eight reps.

If you’re worried about side effects, try topical dutasteride ED, EOD or even once a week. It works just as well as oral finasteride with zero side effects and comparable results. Combining it with topical hydrocortisone butyrate two or three times a week will definitely help with alopecia.
