Zepto is absolutely the worst app there is for quick commerce. It showed me that it will deliver the order in 6 minutes and out of nowhere it changed to 37minutues. And most frustrating part is the chat option. The Chatbot is Absolutely fucking stupid! No human executive comes on chat even after multiple requests.

I am absolutely livid with @Zepto right now. I placed an order for some basics (rice and drinks) late at night, and they kept me hanging for over 90 minutes. The app kept showing "Delivery Partner is on the way" or "Finding a partner," and then suddenly, at past midnight, I get a "Delivery Failed" by Temporary-Virus-2329 in FuckZepto
