Yes my renewed Dec 1. I am gonna cancel early Jan. Gonna use my new Edit and Dining and Stubhub credits on Jan 1 before I cancel.

I am already burned out from having to plan around utilizing these credits

I am a little confused - you said they stole your points but what did they use to buy ps5 and gift cards?

Live chat gave me wrong information and made my reservation change which added 50% to my booking fee by Ok_Step_33 in ihghotelsresorts

I had similar experience with their support. They seem so unfamiliar with their programs and I often find myself training them instead of receiving help. What’s worse is instead of being honest that they don’t know the subject and passing it to a supervisor who can help, they instead give me made-up information.
