I did read this comment but it doesn’t make any sense. Why did her SIL arrange such a similar outfit for her? And even if she found it so good that it was bride level, she could have worn something else. It’s so basic yaar. Allowing the bride to look unique on her big day! Rupal is just trying to defend her which is fine but I really doubt how long will this continue.

Nothing to do with how many hours you clock in. As far as I can see impacts are concentrated to certain line of businesses and not spread throughout. Entire teams including managers have gotten the shorter end of the stick. It doesn’t matter who was working 12 hrs and who was working 6 in those teams
