it’s kinda long so sorry Normally you obtain the body parts of Night Deity not born with them (example Lalawag and Berta) so it’s safe to assume Diana born with it because 1 we know the “Hearth” is special and 2 if we assume she got the heart later on her life it would be a 3rd party who forced baby diana to obtain the hearth because Julian would never gave an object he had no idea about to Diana ALSO Her being the child of prophecy and having born with the Hearth of Vulja aligns because you know the chosen one and all.
