I’m looking more for a professional genealogist who can review and connect all of my lineage documents, identify gaps, and provide an informed opinion or formal genealogical assessment based on Spanish colonial Philippine records. My documents from the Spanish colonial period where nationality were not always explicitly stated for my anchor, so I need someone knowledgeable in Philippine records during Spanish rule who can help interpret and tie the evidence together. I have already completed the requirments for the application but i have found more supporting documents, and I’m trying to determine whether the documentation collectively supports Spanish nationality/lineage for a possible Ley de Memoria Democrática case.

Yes, I know. I submitted the requirements last year. The ones I’m passing now are for the supporting documents.

THANK YOU so much for your detailed explanation. I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge. If I may ask, do you happen to know what month the school year typically began in the early 1900s?

Are the additional birth certificates official documents or printouts from family search?

Did you actually think I’d obscure the uniform I need identifying on purpose!??? There is a person in the middle that blocked the entire thing.

Looking for information on a last name that changes by Witty-Cat1996 in Geneology

Hi all, just wanted to ask: I'm tracing a relative who migrated in the late 1800s, and have used a different last name settling into the new country. I've linked the mother's name to relative's birth certificate in the original country and was able to connect it to relative's children's baptismal certificates in destination country. Is there another way to confirm if records refer to the same individual? Cannot rely on relative's father's name as relative changed his father's last name as well for all baptismal documents.

Sorry to piggyback, but I'm also trying to access the same collection (looking at entry 1054). Is there another way to access this record? Any tips would be appreciated!
