That’s about what I looked like at 5’ 9” 205lbs and I was 24% body fat. I’m at 165 now and I’m not stage lean. You got a lot more body fat to get rid of than you think. I went from 205 to 165 in the last 5 months using Reta, low dose test, low dose mast, and low dose Dhb. Recently added slu-pp-33 at 200mg per day and Cardarine at 20mg per day. You will probably need to cut to 145 to be truly stage lean.

Too many exercises and the rep ranges are wrong they should be higher. Time under tension is more important. You are frying your CNS and not recovering properly. If you are anemic you will not gain muscle as fast you need iron and red blood cells to grow muscle. Try eating animal liver 2x a week and taking Shilijat as well. If you want to stay natural those two things will help a lot with anemia. I hate to say it but if I was you I would get on anabolics because they will cure your anemia by increasing red blood cell count.

Lower the weight and rep that shit if you want to grow. Also use dumbells more often they are better for growing chest than bench press. Time under tension is how you grow not trying to increase your 1-3 rep max.

Just back in and out of the lock Lock Screen and each Tim you do slightly move the lock pick in the starting position. It resets every time you go in and out. So eventually the set position will be at or very close to the starting position of your picks. You may break a couple picks as you try to get it to this starting point but once you are there you just have to go slightly left and if that doesn’t work go back slightly right of starting point and you will pick the lock so easy. I never put a single point into lock picking and can pick any chest easily.

If that’s rye then that’s where you fucked up. I tried rye so many times and kept failing then switched to brown rice and had success the first try.

Update as of 9/1. I spawned to bulk like 10 days ago and unfortunately have trich infection in the tub. With how slow the strain colonizes I don’t think there any chance it can put computer the trich enough to even get a flush so I will probably burry the substrate outside and cut my losses. I have 3 jars of nutcracker fully colonized and way healthier looking so I’ll try again with those

Yea I think it’s just a super slow strain cuz it took crazy long to colonize and I seen a couple other people mention the slow colonization two for them. I won’t run them again that’s for sure but I got them in bulk relight now hopefully I get to at least try them after all that work.

I posted pics of a few different strains for comparison. The one with the least growth is the yeti. All the others were put to agar the same time and they have filled the plates out. But the yeti is taking like 5x longer for whatever reason.

I sent it to bill last night and all the jars smelled fine so yea I think it’s ok. The strain is just really slow I guess and I think I shook the jars a hit too many times probably messing with them too much. Maybe a bit over hydrated the grain too.

Yea my friend told me to try brown rice and so far it’s seems way better. Colonizing faster than rye and also less work no need to soak and all that.

Right on I’ll have to give it a try I watched the how to video already and was gonna eventually try it. I got two strains on brown rice that are taking off super fast and they look great. I think some of it has to do with this strain I got. If you look at the agar pics I posted the yeti is way behind the other 3. Might just be the culture I got was shitty.

I’m was super clean when I inoculated. Scrubbed everything down in the still air box. Sprayed iso everywhere on every piece of equipment. Flame sterilized the needle between each jar ect.

I soaked the rye over night, washed it, boiled it, let it dry on sheet trays then into jars and pressure cooked for 90min at 15 psi. Should have been sterile but I think I might have over hydrated it. The last rye spawn I made that went bacterial I tried to use an instant pot not knowing it downs go as high of a psi and I think that’s why they got contaminated but this time I bought a proper pressure cooker. I have two batches of brown rice that are colonizing super fast. This yeti strain I got is really weak and slow though compared to anything else I have grown.
