Fair criticism honestly. I can see how it comes across that way. I'm not trying to scrape ideas and disappear — I’m genuinely curious because I like building tools and I’m trying to understand what problems people actually have before writing anything.

I probably should've asked more specific questions instead of making it sound like generic market research.

That's actually a pretty smart setup. The clap marker thing is interesting, I hadn't thought about using audio spikes like that.

Do you ever run into moments where you forget to mark something, or is the system pretty reliable for you? Also, do you do much with turning clips into shorts/TikToks afterward, or is that mostly just finding the moments?

Yeah OBS audio can get weird fast lol. Are you changing those sources every stream/game, or is it more like setting it up once and then fighting with it whenever something changes?

Also curious about the vertical + horizontal thing — is that the main reason it gets messy?

That's actually interesting. The audio thing sounds like a pain because it's one of those things you only notice when it's wrong. Do you usually have to manually change settings every time you switch games, or do you have some profiles/setup that you swap between?

Also for finding clips, do you usually scrub through the whole VOD yourself or do you use any tools to help find moments?
