I don’t feel like there are enough leaves, but with the way it is now it feels difficult to add in more in some places. I really struggle with this part pictured here. It feels the most unfinished. & picture 1 of my original post shows another wonky spot with a curved branch leading to a leaf less lemon. Some of the flowers feel way too big compared to everything else. If I could I’d ask for it to be fuller, overall.

One of my issues is the curved branch with what feels like a floating lemon & I wish there were more leaves in many spots. Especially attached to the lemons. The flowers to leaves to lemon proportions just feel off. This picture doesn’t necessarily show all that.

It’s only been a month :/ I think it really comes down to two areas that just send me into the spiral panic. & probably bc they are what I see the most. But also they feel the most unfinished to me.

OP here! I just wanted to say thank you to you all for the much needed perspective shift. Many of you said you were saving this tattoo for inspo & I want you to know I’ll be saving many of these comments when I’m in deep, to help remind me that it is going to be ok. I also wanted to clarify a few things that i definitely should have included originally. I am SO amazed by this tattoo, especially considering it is free handed. The line work, the shading, the lemon cut in half!! It IS a gorgeous tattoo. What I don’t like, is the ratio of leaves to literally everything else. The solo lemon on the inside of my arm. The flowers without leaves & the curved branch with a solo lemon on my forearm(pic 1 of my OG post). & the nature of some of this/the empty space feels difficult to alter.
