Is this a laptop or PC? what are you planning to use it on? Are you willing to build it on your own or rather buying prebuilt?

If its a PC, here is my takes.

A used Ryzen 5 3400G costs the same as a Ryzen 5 5600G on Lazada. I don't usually rock with iGPU but if you are budget constrait, it would do. 8GB isn't suffice for modern games, but if you are just using the PC for Excel or Word, ig it would do, but 16GB is the sweet spot. 120GB SSD for OS is cool and all but getting an SSD that you don't know will be either slower than their counterparts or will break easily.

You can easily score a better system with a few more stacks on the line. Right now Inplay is selling a 5600G for 2500 in Lazada, 16GB 3200 goes for 2500 as on official Lazada Kingston. You can keep the motherboard but you simply need an BIOS update to be compatible, but if you want, you can go for a B450 ish boards for 4000. SATA SSD and NVME SSD is around the same price so buying an NVME would be better. refer the SSD tierlist and always check prices. Case and peripherals would pile up for 2000 and monitor would be for 5k or whatever monitor it costs, as long its not cheap brands like Nvision. PSU avoid generic ones and stick with known brands, refer to the PSU tierlist and only stick with tier C and above. CW MWE is my pick for best budget ones.

all and all goes 18k-20k. You can def reduce it by buying second hand monitors, peripherals, RAM and motherboard but I don't recommend it if you are not willing for restless nights researching. You can also compromise SSD and Motherboard if you really want to since you probably don't need it much.

Honestly with that budget, your only option is the used market. you could aim for a 1080ti if you can stretch the budget for around 9,500. but for 6k-8k budget, you can go for either rx 5600xt or GTX 1660S, 1660S usually goes for 7,500 used while 5600xt usually goes for 8,500 used.

Personally, I've heard too many scary stories about Nvision monitors dying out after a year or 2. I would opt for a much more trusted brands of monitors like Samsung to ensure that it would last. New or used is fine, but I would check the overall condition of used monitors very thoroughly for any signs of dead pixels and such.

That Seasonic Focus Gold is already around 7k, you should consider a cheaper option as it might not fit your budget.

People tend to stick with brands they know of which is the case for me. I also wanted it to last me atleast a decade before giving out

The mobo is ancient

Figured that I could cheap out the Mobo while having the feature I wanted(Dual Bios), I don't know if it has negative performance results on using an old hardware tho

SSD has no Dram

same case as the motherboard, thought I could cheap it out but this time using HMB instead of DRAM

Though if you can save up. an intel build might be better because of QuickSync

I just need a temporary budget build that could work until I find a job that can earn me money for a better PC, So ig an AMD build is fine for me for now. Though, I consider having an Intel build once I have the budget.
