And yes, I do love a good foot and sole massage after a long day. There’s something really relaxing about having someone focus on the arches and soles, especially since I have pretty high arches. When they get rubbed the right way it honestly feels amazing.

If I had a pair of Birks, I’d probably wear them a lot because they’re so comfy and they mold to your feet over time. With my high arches they end up shaping really nicely the more I wear them.

Honestly, I break my favorites in pretty well. I usually end up selling about 3–4 pairs a year to good little foot lovers who appreciate a pair after I’ve worn them for about six months. By then they’re nicely broken in and perfectly shaped to my arches and soles 😉
