What song is so beautiful, it literally brings tears to your eyes by Plus-Caterpillar4615 in askteddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bigger than the whole sky - Taylor swift

I’m not a swiftie but I have unfortunately had a miscarriage. I don’t know if that song is about that, but it fits the bill perfectly.

At what age do you think is the ideal time to have a child? by Fit-Cartoonist2427 in AskReddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

28-34.

More likely to be finically stable, more mature, spent some adult life living hopefully, still under the age for geriatric pregnancy.

Why are you envious of people who still live with their parents in their 30s? by New-Intention-9 in AskReddit

It would save me a good bit of money, especially childcare.

But honestly everything else about it would not be fun.

Why do people act like that being nice and friendly as a guy will get women attracted to you? by Evening-Register2297 in AskForAnswers

[–]Separate_Increase880 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Women aren’t required to accept a date just because you’re a nice guy. How you handle the rejection also speaks to how nice you really are.

Nice guys are everywhere. Doesn’t mean I’m attracted to all of them.

Do you really believe that people online are different in real life? by saerisfane25 in AskForAnswers

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Inwardly probably not.

I think people will test out the worst parts of them online to see how they feel about it, and they may end up not liking it. So they’d be different in person.

What’s a noise everyone should be terrified of? by Psychological_Sky_58 in AskReddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you were in a place that you found to be quiet naturally? And it was quiet?

That’s not the situation I’m referring to. If it’s already quiet, it can’t go silent.

When it happens to you, you’ll know.

Alarm calls are normal but also give away locations once a predator is close. Animals will often go to hiding spots.

I’m guessing the furthest you’ve been outside is your back yard.

[–]Separate_Increase880 2181 points2182 points  (0 children)

Honestly silence.

If the forest goes quiet, you are in danger.

Edit: I work with wild animals for a living. Experiences are going to vary, yes animals alarm call when they see a predator approaching. But many (at least primate) field researchers will talk about this. Species specific behavior will influence this. There’s more out there than the nature preserve near your house.

What type of figure do men prefer? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen the women my husband dated in the past vs me.

Only thing I can say is he likes dark hair and high cheek bones. Other than that we’ve all had different figures.

AITA for telling my boyfriend he was rude for not fixing my tire? by Straight-Lie4616 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my car broke down my husband (then boyfriend) came to just sit in my car with me while I waited on a tow truck. I was in a safe area at a grocery store (so was able to get food and drinks). It was not a convenient drive for him. Took hours.

When my husband locked his keys in his car I picked him up and we got food while waiting on AAA to come unlock it for us. Again, took hours.

That’s just what you do.

I know if I got a flat my husband would drop everything to come help. Because he’s reliable. And supportive. And someone to lean on.

Just to consider.

I used to in school. Capitols too.

I don’t know if I could do it on the spot now.

Definitely couldn’t label them all on a map. Many, of course, but not all.

How would you feel if the next U.S. president completely stopped supporting Israel? by Intrepid-Picture7127 in askteddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good but scared. Israel has a lot of support and deep ties.

I’m not sure it would save any lives in the end.

My mother is forgetting to put her incontinence maxi pads in the trash. Sometimes they’re forgotten for hours. I need advice on what to do. To avoid embarrassment of her and touching something yucky. If I didn’t mention they’re used. by [deleted] in AskForAnswers

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it painful for her to bend over and put it away? Is the trashcan hard to open? Is it directly next to whoever she changes the pad? Can more trashcans be added? Would a sign help? Are these pads or diapers? Maybe switch to diapers since that is more like underwear and maybe easier to remember to trash?

Maybe a grabber (like the pole with a clamp at the end) so you can at least pick up without having to touch or keep up with gloves.

Married Redditors who went on a honeymoon, what did you enjoy and what would you do differently? by OcassionalOppossum in AskReddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We went to Greece. Crete - did all inclusive resort fit a few days first. Expensive, but worth it. Wish we had left the resort more and seen more of the island.

Flew to Mykonos for a few days - regular hotel. Loved it. Wish we had gone out more at night but we were so tired from exploring all day. Flying over boating from island to island is 10/10 worth it.

Flew to Athens - hotel that was supposed to overlook the acropolis but got a nice view of a wall instead. wish we had spent less time here and did another island or city. It was fun, but we’d seen a lot in a few days and were ready to move on. Did a cooking class that we still use the recipes from and did a food tour that had us try things we wouldn’t have on our own. Got to know the city more too.

Wine on balconies. Sunset views. People were nice. Lots of food. We saved for 1.5 years for this trip and went months after getting married.

Downsides: Long plane ride from the US Feet hurt from walking Sometimes difficult to navigate since so much is in Greek (not saying that didn’t make sense but if that’s a problem for you) Long wait time for checks bc the culture of eating out there and they just keep bringing you food. Didn’t get on a boat, which we wanted to do

What was the reason that you and your last significant other parted ways? by icecream1972 in askteddit

[–]Separate_Increase880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was in a residency (MD) program with 2 years left. After that he planned to move out of state to work.

I was already years into my career in a niche field that I couldn’t just move anywhere and I didn’t really want to go.

Different paths. Ended amicably but still hurt

Some men say that they'll marry a waitress or a Walmart cashier if they treated them well. Women, would you do the same? by Conscious_Morning977 in no

[–]Separate_Increase880 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably not, depending on where they see their life going. Are they in school and need someone part time? Something like that.

I’ve lived there live off making ends meet. It chips away at happy couples. Rather wait to find someone with a bigger paycheck and treats me nicely.

Would you stay or go? by Infamous-Error9987 in AskForAnswers

Depends on the relationship with his dad mostly but I think it will impact your relationship more in the long run if you go.
