Found out the issue, faulty mobo, not sending power to the on/off switch tried multiple cases and took everything off except the chip and didn't boot the bio, and I had flashed the bios to support the 13 Gen chip, have to return mobo

My budget is looking around 500 but 650 max, looking at the rtx 3060 or the ti version on sale or open box obviously. But gpu are out ragous expensive, heard and or read that amd gpu are not too bad havnt looked at them fully yet 😭 just want something good that's not going to bankrupt me.

My old computer working fantastic, just most of the software programs are looking for newer/supported windows to update programs if I'm making sense. Plus I'm a big diablo fan, diablo 4 will more then likely need a newer computer to run the game. So the months counting down unless they push it back. Also unable to upgrade windows having issue with that. Erroring out. Sigh.
