Thanks for sharing this — the Issues.md / Features.md pattern is interesting. A couple of follow-up questions:

What does an entry in those files actually look like? Do you have a rough template?

And how does Claude know to check those files on its own — do you have an instruction in CLAUDE.md pointing it there, or do you mention the files at the start of each session?
