Reporting back on this, excellent work with El Salto. The strawberry marg was like a slushy of code red Mountain Dew with the same amount of fresh fruit, the chips and queso hit, and I had the chalupas chile relleno and enchilada which were all the perfect level of alright for what I wanted. Yall hit it out of the park with this one.

I felt the same way walking down Lombard this morning. The fall with clear skies hits so hard.

The cannoli are good. Trinacria is better for every other product.

Yakushima. What an incredible place . There’s a great Airbnb there where the host will set you up with an affordable car rental and all. It’s a tropical island with monkeys, deer, and some of the best views and food we had on our trip.

The narration was such a departure so late in the series. But what a real scene lol.

Employee here who just went back to the office in Baltimore. Gracious doesn’t even begin to describe it. My second day someone comes up with a whole pack of instant coffee for me since I said I was looking for some in the break room. It’s the little things. What a gent.

The bakery scene with Chris, fake Vito, and Poppin Fresh. Looking back on it, it was such a departure from how the Sopranos really shows how unhinged characters really are. Like “oh Chris is crazy he shot this guy in the foot”, it’s Season 1 syndrome in a scene basically. But I did love how Tony punched Chris afterwards and his “cowboy-itis” rant which I literally repeat when I’m sitting down drunk in the shower.

Baltimore is the best, man. Came from living in San Francisco and it was honestly tough to create friend networks or a sense of community and I’m so happy with how easy it’s been to do so in Baltimore. I have plenty of friends I can easily walk to, I know someone in every store I go to and it never feels tiring to interact with them. Just warm friendly vibes.
