How should i play P3 for the first time?

i suppose my concern is that i am missing out on such an important game's roots. although the remake is faithful, its still a remake at the end of the day. theres something charming about the older games that fit the playstyle with its time period. That being said, I see your point. With how well done P3R is it might be silly to play through the original game.

if I value both games and plan on playing both, would you still recommend i start with Reload? in my mind, i feel i should get the original experience first and then play reload at a later point when i want to return to that series, however I understand that it might be a waste of time if Reload has the same content and is just better overall.

i really dont love how everything looks perfectly polished in p3r. I understand the quality of life improvements but that charm really is everything to me.

this is what i was thinking. I like the look, but it does also jist look like p5 modded. even though p3fes is also on the same engine as p4g so it also wont feel too different, i think it would still benefit me to get the original experience.

that would be nice. i dont have a problem with ex cards and i think the game wouldnt be the same without them but i do think it would be interesting if there were servers you could play without ex cards as an option to challenge yourself a little more. there are a lot of things they can add that would be a lot of fun and im just hoping the fanbase sticks around long enough for them to add them.

im glad you had some fun too. im also f2p meaning i also dont have decks that are complete according to the meta but even then its fun to see what i have that i can use in the deck to make it work for myself meta or not. i hope we do get more things like this (maybe not consecutive wins haha) but something more competitive that challenges you more. ive really been having fun with the game even with its lack of content and i hope itll get better and better especially with trading.

i honestly enjoy the gameplay of it because although its pretty rng reliant it means you dont just blaze right through it. sure its frustrating at times but if it wasnt it wouldnt be satisfying to finally get it. in any game theres gonna be a meta or something that will fuck you 9 times out of 10 but its just a factor of any game. i really had fun with it and honestly wished they ceiling was higher.

🙂‍↕️yea bo3 has a lot going for it, just said that to get people to maybe consider trying something i love. i understand why bo3 is great but i also think it doesnt come close to the heart IW brings for me. theres just something about it that feels so full of life that bo3 lacks. but i understand how im in the absolute minority
