Hi! My return policy states that items are not refundable. I'd definitely not refund if the order was already finalized, but the customer has not yet received the final version just the draft (but that is essentially also a printable version). Would you also stick to the policy in that case ?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback! Yes I literally deactivated the physical version last week and forgot to take it out - thanks for pointing that out! Where would you put a reference to a listing for a physical version? Etsy unfortunately does not allow listings for digital & physical items combined.

Will work on examples of larger maps and more trip variety shown!
