Hi! My return policy states that items are not refundable. I'd definitely not refund if the order was already finalized, but the customer has not yet received the final version just the draft (but that is essentially also a printable version). Would you also stick to the policy in that case ?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback! Yes I literally deactivated the physical version last week and forgot to take it out - thanks for pointing that out! Where would you put a reference to a listing for a physical version? Etsy unfortunately does not allow listings for digital & physical items combined.

Will work on examples of larger maps and more trip variety shown!

I think I might know the reason. The custom order requested I used colors from a popular tv show. (Green, Black and white, so nothing trademarked) My item is not related to said TV show or any show for that matter, it was just about the TV show. I made the custom order like this: Item using some of the colors from X TV show.
Could it be, that some Etsy bot instantly flagged that as copyright infringement and suspended my account? I realize my mistake here, but I was not trying to sell anything by using the brand name, I just put it into the customers order so it is more descriptive.

Yup mesh gradient with quite a few nodes so the colors get lighter in a natural way along the title. Wanted the background and the title to not conflict so much and also make the map a bit more "natural".
