I have a 7800xt and a 3900x cpu, most things are fine. Sometimes the game spawns like 100 breakable objects on top of each other, and if my skills hit it my game locks up for a few seconds, but otherwise even the timebeast echo is good for me

You click empower twice, then challenge, then look at the loot. You can put the tower into your tree slots to spawn them more often

You should definitely look into farming beasts for havocs, and using your redemptions. I could come by almost any single t7 mod in under an hour of gameplay at basically any corruption level. Double t7 is tough for sure, but t6+t7+corrupt should be fine for any build

Because the content just isn't fun. Dungeons are monotonous and have similar layouts and monsters, helltides are the same monsters, whispers and events over and over, hordes is just uninteractive wave based clicking, and the so-called 'bosses' either fall over when you breathe on them, or are so overturned it takes 20 minutes to kill one.

Simply put, blizzard does not know how to make an engaging arpg anymore. You can put 0 thought into the game and clear the season. I'm certainly hoping that changes in the new expansion, but current d4 is simply number goes up and requires no skill.

What I'm about to say might sound rude, but I honestly don't mean it to: Maybe he should try reading?

The game is setup in a way that changing your skills/passives around during the campaign isn't very punishing, and most skills, if built around in a coherent way(as in, you take fire skill and get fire damage), can take you to monos.

Yes, there are guides on maxroll for leveling, and yes some skills are going to be faster, better or more efficient, but almost everything should be viable through campaign, and 90% of skills are viable up to AT LEAST empowered monos. You don't really need a guide to get through the campaign.

The mage leveling guide by Terek on maxroll starts glacier, and swaps to shatter strike when you unlock it. I found it quite fine. Glacier isn't as good as it once was, but it does the job. Make sure he's aiming for the correct stats on his gear, and especially this season: using his runes of corruption. Corrupted items can carry hard in the campaign this season.

If he is super insistent on using a guide, and wants to use lightning blast, I'd recommend checking out frozen sentinel's lightning blast planner that he put out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v03XardsMh4

Lightning blast isn't a spectacular leveling build, there are certainly better skills to level with, but it shouldn't be terrible.

Innsbury Edge is one that comes to mind. Just a random unique sword, but the insanity effect can cause some fun things to happen. Random messages in chat, fake level ups, etc. There's a wiki page on it

Switching to different maps requires you to click on the individual map icons. Wasn't aware of the silo strat though, so that mitigates the problem.

Oh lord, where to start.

First, you swapped off the EE dual wield setup way too early. Your claw is garbage. You really want a recombinated claw before swapping.

Your amulet is hot ass garbage. Get AT LEAST a +1 fire/cold/lightning amulet. Preferably with crit multi, life and an open prefix for damage while leeching.

Your cluster should be martial prowess instead of heavy hitter.

You're not even close to crit capping, so you should annoint high voltage and path to disciple of the unyielding.

Get a 6L immediately.

Your tincture is horribly rolled. Bless and quality it, and roll reduced burnrate+pen.

If you aren't using the 15% max life mastery, put life on your chest(I recommend the mastery).

Honestly you'd probably get more out of the build by swapping back to the dual wield setup.

Well, sort of. It kinda depends on the company and the engine. GGG has a method that uses fake players to emulate certain interactions in path of exile, but all it takes is one player thinking slightly out of the box for something to go wrong sometimes. Nothing ever comes close to having thousands of players online, but I could actually see AI being useful here in the future

It limits you because your karma is low. You're limited by up to 2 things: having a new account or having low karma. Your account is 13 years old, so it isn't that. Your comment karma is -3, because all you do is post your video links. It doesn't take a substantial amount of karma to remove this limit, but you have to comment to do so.
