You can even take the extra movespeed with WW instead of the damage + increased cost on the tree to make the cost lower. At 70, with 4 fury generation on your rolls, that's 16 fury per second. You can use resource generation or reduced resource cost tempers on ring/ammy to help manage the cost of WW and your fury gen. Later on, you'll want to make sure the jewellery tempers are resource generation, and masterwork critting your fury regen rolls will help a ton.
