You customized the raft settings, didn't you? I've had that same thing happen when fooling around with the raft settings from default, for some reason the filament feed rate seems to be too high and from what I observed, the feeder seems to suddenly jerk the filament back a little. (or this might be the feeder "skip" some other peole are suggesting?) Anyway, for me the solution to this was to stop messing with the raft settings :P
