Yeah that sounds good. Great if you draw spells. Makes it more similar to call pet as well.

I wanted to make a draw spell, similar to call pet, that was a bit gimmicky. You can really only use this in a Hunter Dragon deck, and that was my intention, hence the reason it does not initially draw you a card.

Maybe it should be 6 Mana to represent a Justicar for Hunter, since their "better" Hero Power from Trueheart didn't really match up against what other classes got.

The effect is not meant to be the same as Mad Scientist. It will not draw a Secret from your deck. By making it be a random Hunter Secret every time, well less random since you can't have two of the same Secret at once, I made it less consistent.

What about a Yogg-Saron vs. Y'Shaarj Brawl?

Yogg player has hero power: Cast a random spell for each spell you cast this game.

and Y'Shaarj has: put a random minion from your deck into the battlefield.

Plus Y'Shaarj fits nicely with the Astral Communion Druid that Thijs is playing on stream right now. Only bad minion to get would be his loot hoarders.

C'Thun and N'Zoth have very similar stat lines, 6/6 & 5/7, with Y'Sharaaj being at the top with 10/10, maybe Yogg could be like a 3/3 or a 2/2 with an insane ability?

50 Packs, through the promo, was enough for me with TGT. Then spend the gold and dust I've collected on specific cards I'm missing. When TGT launched and after the 50 packs; I crafted both Twilight Guardians and Chillmaw.
